Oyster Boat ApS operates Kulturfelt Follup Odde, Shellfish plot 242, in Nissum Broad and Kulturfelt Østerhavnen Lemvig, Shellfish plot 384, for organic grow out of European flat oysters. Two specialised oyster vessels have been developed for deployment, maintenance, and harvest.
